Do I need a credit card to start the free trial?
No. The 14-day trial requires no credit card. You only need to provide payment information when you decide to upgrade to a paid plan.
What happens when my trial ends?
When your trial expires, your account is paused and you can no longer use the AI Design Assistant. Your project data is retained. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time to restore access.
Are the free calculators really free forever?
Yes. The 60+ free HVAC calculators on the tools page require no account and have no usage limits. They will always be free.
What counts as an AI message?
Each time you send a message to the AI Design Assistant and receive a response, that counts as one message. Viewing your project, running calculations, and using the free tools do not count against your limit.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing portal. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
What is the Firm plan's team seat feature?
