How AI usage works

Your subscription includes AI usage, measured by the AI work a request takes rather than a count of chat messages. Calculations, compliance scoreboards, and Design Review's deterministic checks never draw on it. Only requests that call the AI do: the design co-pilot, AI-assisted project setup, and AI-written summaries. If you need more, you can purchase additional AI usage and keep working on the same plan.

Annual billing is $1,999 per user per year: equivalent to about $167/month when billed annually, and about 16% less than monthly billing. Switch between monthly and annual, or cancel, from your account at any time. Multi-seat and firm pricing available. Contact us for firm pricing.

What's included in the free trial?
Fourteen days of the full launch workflow on one trial project, including AI usage for that project. No credit card. The trial starts after your demo walkthrough.
How is AI usage measured?
AIM Works uses a usage-based AI allowance instead of a fixed number of messages. Your subscription includes AI usage for normal project workflows. A short question to the co-pilot uses little; an AI-assisted project setup uses more. Calculations and deterministic checks never draw on AI usage. Only requests that call the AI do.
What if I need more AI usage?
Additional AI usage can be purchased as needed. It adds capacity without changing your subscription.
Can I switch billing or cancel anytime?
Yes. Switch between monthly and annual billing, or cancel, from your account at any time. If you cancel, access continues through the end of your current billing period. There are no partial refunds for unused time.

What happens when my trial ends?
Your account is paused and you can no longer open the design workspace. Your project data is retained. Subscribe at any time to restore access.
What's the difference between monthly and annual billing?
Monthly is $199 per user per month, cancel anytime. Annual is $1,999 per user per year, billed once a year: about $167/month equivalent, and $389 less than paying monthly for twelve months.
Are the free calculators really free?
